  4.         The L (lookup) command works as follows:
  5.  
  6.               - Press L which prompts for lookup word
  7.               - Enter lookup word the press Enter
  8.               - Glossary system displays word and associated text
  9.  
  10.         The associated text with each glossary entry can:
  11.               - be as long as desired
  12.               - contain hypertext jumps to other files, directories, or
  13.                 glossary entries.
  14.  
  15.         The glossary system consists of two files:
  16.               - GLOSSARY.TXT with words and associted text
  17.               - GLOSSARY.IDX file indexes words in GLOSSARY.TXT
  18.               - The MI.EXE program (make index) created GLOSSARY.IDX
